| Since moving to Italia 7 years ago I've not yet found an Italian who isn't passionate about food, Ismale and his wife Cinzia are no exception producing quality home cooked meals typical of Tuscany and the Garfagnana. Specialties include their own cured meats, cheeses, faro (a barley typical of the Garfagnana), home made pastas such as tordelli and ravioli, selection of steaks, fine wines, tarts and sweets. All produce is local and is home cooked. Breakfast consists of breads, jams, cereals and pastries, fresh fruit and yoghurt, tea or coffee. |
